Welcome to Spring 2025
President's Message
Welcome, dear neighbors! As the flowers bloom and the days grow longer, we are excited to share the latest updates and upcoming events for our community. Spring is a time of renewal and growth, and we hope you find the upcoming season filled with joy and new beginnings.
Community Events
Spring Park Clean-Up
Cooper Johnson is working on his Eagle Scout project to improve our park. Support him using the link below:
This project will include repairs to the park gazebo, cleaning the playground equipment, repairing the walking trail and adding a couple of park benches to the park. We are grateful to you Cooper!
Spring Yard sale – April 12th
Spring is a suitable time for cleaning. A city permit will be secured for our neighborhood yard sale. Please provide your address if you plan to participate. Trish Hunter from ERA King Real Estate will supply sellers with a yard sign and shopping bags for customers. These items will be delivered to your home. Neighborhood Improvements
New Landscaping
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the beauty of our community, we will be updating the landscaping around the entrance and common areas. This project will begin in late March and is expected to be completed by the end of May. We look forward to a fresh, vibrant look for our neighborhood.
We also had some accidental damage to the sprinkler system at the Coalmont Road entrance. Updates to the 25-year-old system were needed anyway. So, Bryan Reed (The Bearded Landscaper) is working on this for us.
Safety and Neighborly Reminders
Please remember to adhere to the community speed limit of 20 mph. Slowing down helps keep our streets safe for everyone, especially children and pedestrians. Refrain from parking on the street also enhances the safety of pedestrians.
Several concerns have been reported at the Coalmont Road exit. At the annual meeting, a mirror was requested to improve visibility for those turning left out of the complex. The county road services stated this is not possible. I will discuss the matter with the mayor and police chief. Please be cautious when exiting, as drivers often speed up the hill in that area.
Many residents have complained about barking dogs. While we love our pets, please be considerate of neighbors, including many working from home office. Remember, there is a Helena noise ordinance that applies. You can google the noise ordinance for Helena for full details.
Welcome New Neighbors
We are delighted to welcome several new families to our community this spring. Please take a moment to introduce yourself and make them feel at home. If you see any new faces, be sure to say hello and offer a warm welcome.
We need your help to update our residents' contact information. We often have 20-30 bounced emails and many missing or disconnected phone numbers. Please take a moment to complete your contact details for us.
