Hello, Neighbors! Spring is in full swing at Fieldstone Park! We are so blessed to live amongst people who are such good stewards of our community. Everywhere you look, neighbors are spreading mulch, throwing pinestraw, and planting flowers. The hum of a lawn mower can always be heard! Your individual efforts are noticed and appreciated as they enhance the value of our entire neighborhood. Thank you, and please keep up the good work!
We would like to recognize former Fieldstone Park resident, Bryan Reed, for his 15+ years of diligent care of Fieldstone’s common areas and entrances. Thank you, Bryan, for beautifying our community for all this time! We are grateful for your service. We wish your family love and happiness in the future.
We’d like to introduce our new landscaping team, Gentry’s Tropical Foliage and Landscape Management. They will begin on May 1st. Gentry’s has been in business for more than 50 years. Amongst many other businesses and residences, Gentry’s has managed the landscape for UAB hospital and UAB’s office complexes for years. Jeff Hurwitz leads this charge, and his crew will make Fieldstone’s first impression both memorable and elegant.
2026 has been a year of change for the HOA board. We have been investigating the possibility of hiring a HOA management company to handle our community’s financial, business, and compliance matters. We want to extend a huge thanks to all the residents that attended the HOA meetings in February and April. It was clear that folks who live in Fieldstone love Fieldstone! We value the feedback that was contributed by the residents, and we are grateful to all who volunteered for our various upcoming projects and activities.
The HOA board would like to thank Teressa Pattillo for filling the incredibly important treasurer role. Flora Dix has faithfully understudied our five-year treasurer, Branwin Dubose since 2024, and she remained in place until Teressa so graciously volunteered to take the position. Tawanna Jenkins’ term had also come to an end, so Beth Harris volunteered to fill the role of HOA board secretary. Our deepest thanks go to Tawanna and Flora who have devoted themselves to the task of supporting our neighborhood. We also have HOA board members who have served diligently for many years, including president Janey Worth, vice president Dennis Migueles, and former treasurer Branwin DuBose. Janey will be stepping down at the end of 2026, leaving big shoes to fill. Branwin continues to skillfully mentor the board during this transition since he has meticulous insight to our system. We are so very grateful for all the ways these folks have stewarded our beautiful neighborhood.
It’s important to note that we do have an amendment change! Parking is no longer allowed on front lawns or on street-facing lawns. As always, Helena City code prohibits parking on streets and will issue tickets to those who do, so please make other parking plans. Also, as a friendly reminder, no trailers, RVs, etc. are allowed in our residential driveways. Notices for violations will be issued, and please be prepared that fines will be levied.
The April 18th community yard sale was a tremendous success! There was substantial interest from our city as shoppers lined the streets. The next neighborhood yard sale will tentatively be scheduled for September. Take advantage of the opportunity to maximize your resale potential and join us!
There are new ways to meet your neighbors and establish relationships within our community! The following leaders are gathering team members to help with the community activities on the horizon. Choose an area that interests you, and email its leader!
