WHAT ARE PROTECTIVE COVENANTS?

The purpose of a homeowners association is to maintain, enhance and protect the value, common areas and interests of a neighborhood. Our protective covenants outline what guidelines we must follow to ensure our property values are protected.

For example, our Protective Covenants only allow for vehicles used for day-to-day transportation to be kept in the open, while our Architectural Control Committee Guidelines require approval prior to a member changing or adding anything to the exterior of a home or property.

Protective covenants are attached to the property, and therefore are applicable and enforceable to any owner(s) of the property.  Please do not hesitate to contact any member of the homeowner association with questions.
