Here is the latest news from our HOA:
We had a productive annual meeting in December, where we discussed our budget, projects, and goals for the year. One of the main topics was the plan to add more lighting to the park, which will improve safety and visibility for everyone. We are still working on finding a contractor to install the power box and confirm plans with Alabama Power, but we hope to start the installation soon. Dennis Migueles is currently working with electricians to try to lower the costs. We will keep you updated on all of the progress as news comes in. Don’t forget to mark your calendars for the upcoming neighborhood yard sale on the second Saturday of March (March 9th). This is a great opportunity to declutter your home, make some extra cash, and meet your neighbors. If you want to participate, please register by emailing us at info@fieldstonepark.org by March 1st.
We want to thank everyone who participated in the December events, especially the luminaries and Santa visits. It was wonderful to see our community come together and celebrate the holiday season. The luminaries created a beautiful and festive atmosphere, and the kids loved seeing Santa. We hope you enjoyed these events as much as we did.
A big thank you to our neighbor Tawanna Jenkins for the creative updates to our Christmas decor that the elves put out on our traffic signs. That was a lot!! We appreciate you!

. Yard sale Reminders-
- prepare for biannual yard sale on the 2nd Saturday of March, 3/9 (rain date is 16th)
- group yard sale license purchased and signs posted by HOA
- hours are 7am - 2pm
- to get on the post yard sale donation truck pickup text your address to 205-492-6493
- use your social media to advertise “Large multi-family yard sale”
Spring cleaning and repairs are right around the corner so, don’t forget to cleanup the fall leaves from the home front and street and trim those hedges!
