Meeting Minutes Posted

We are pleased to announce that the minutes from our recent HOA meeting are now available for download above.

President's Note

There is an increasing concern about parking on the grass. We discourage this behavior and urge voluntary cooperation. If this issue persists, we will propose a vote at our next annual meeting to amend the bylaws, making it illegal to park on the grass. This amendment will include a financial penalty for non-compliance, similar to our enforcement for no parking of disabled vehicles, boats, and trailers.

• Luminaries Event

  • Date: Sunday, December 22nd

  • Details: Supplies have already been delivered to past participants. All others can pick up their supplies at 317 Stonecroft Circle. Street captains are available to assist if requested in advance. If you haven't received your luminaries yet, please contact Janey, and you will need to pick them up from her house. Please contact Janey at 205-492-6493 if you still need luminaries.

Upcoming Community Updates

We are planning to update our entrance Christmas decor, entrance shrubs, and possibly add or update the park playground equipment. We have allocated funds in our budget for these enhancements.
