Annual Meeting & Other December Events
Updated: Nov 18, 2022
Winter is a rather busy time at Fieldstone Park, so we have quite a bit to run through with this newsletter.
First off, the annual meeting will take place on Thursday December 1 at 7:00pm in the council chambers at the Helena City Hall (County Road 52 on the left after passing the post office on your way out of Helena). Per the covenants, we need 10% attendance, but also be sure to send a simple text/email to someone who will be attending to be your "proxy" vote to make sure we solidly meet the attendance requirements. This "proxy" counts as being toward our 10% attendance requirement.
Proxy form here: https://forms.gle/VwVbYi17gx2Uom1H6 (Do not fill this out if you intend to attend the meeting.)
The Board will be changing next year. Laurie has moved out of the neighborhood and stepped down as President. Aaron is rolling off of Treasurer to be replaced by Branwin (who has been writing the past few newsletters, in case you didn't get a chance to meet him at the Neighborhood Social earlier this week).
If you would like to join the Board, please make sure to attend the annual meeting.
Visits from Santa are coming soon. It will be Sunday, 12/11 beginning at 6pm. The price is $10 to help Santa clean his suit and feed the reindeer. For more information, please contact email@example.com. Sign up for the Santa visit here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30E0E44A4AC2BA2FF2-fieldstone3
Luminaries are coming up as well! They will be set up December 18th from dusk until 9:00pm. Based on responses from the survey, we already have a few volunteers set up to be street captains. Street captains are just a contact in case someone is not going to be home or needs assistance setting up or taking down the luminaries. Janey will be in touch with our existing volunteers, but please feel free to reach out to Janey if you would like to help out. Her email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Current street captains will be listed below this newsletter.
The Meet Your Neighbors Social Sunday was a success! We had around 40-50 neighbors attending, with even some new neighbors present. We enjoyed plenty of snacks and a scavenger hunt for the kids. We hope to have another social in the future as well with even more attending!
Just a reminder: The parking pad at the park is only for residents of FSP while enjoying the park, and not intended for personal use. No parking overnight. We have had multiple complaints regarding multiple vehicles, so please help us self police.
