Annual Meeting of Members - Thursday, December 4, 2014

The 2014 Fieldstone Park Homeowners Association, Inc., Board of Directors, cordially invites you to attend the 2014 Annual Meeting of Members.  Open to all owners, the annual meeting includes an opportunity to meet your Board of Directors, review expenses and revenue for the past year, and a review and request for approval for the upcoming year's budget.

 

The annual meeting of members must be held on the first Thursday of each December at 7:00 p.m. as set-forth in the association by-laws.  10% of all owners (each property represents one (1) owner) must be present or the Board must forfeit the meeting and reschedule within forty-five (45) days of the date of the original meeting.  Owners unable to attend may opt to file a proxy form to a trusted neighbor or board member (must be a registered property owner).  Please click on the proxy form link below for more information.  Members may submit their proxy form online to info@fieldstonepark.org.
